"Prompt appointment for service and great follow up. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came out the evening it arrived to install. Tech was professional, thorough and quick. Whole process, including ordered part, took three days."
"Service was timely, unfortunately the tech did not know how to diagnose the problem of my refrigerator not defrosting, did not test the heater element or the bimetal switch with a meter and took a guess at a refrigerant leak, he said "I think you have a refrigerant leak", then told me it is not worth repairing it, charged me $75 and left. He seemed like a nice guy but not a real technician, just a handyman that's probably good at figuring stuff out sometimes. The first red flag was no service truck, showed up in a little car. Another red flag was not looking at the electronic components, went straight to the evaporator. I had another company come out for a second opinion and the tech replaced the heater element and the bimetal switch and the problem is fixed! That was a $75 lesson on who not to call in the future."
