"I knew the limit switch was out in my refrigerator so I figured just to confirm it and have it repaired I would have the technician come out and confirm that that was the issue. He came out and confirmed that that was the issue I thought he would have the part on him but he did not. He informed me that the office would be contacting me in the next couple days to give me an estimate on repairing the refrigerator. I checked after 2 days with them and they said they had not gotten to it. The service tech came out on a Monday, Friday came around I still did not hear anything from the office. I ordered the part myself and replaced it. They charged a trip charge and a half hour diagnostic of $160 and I never did get an estimate from them. I would recommend not doing business with this company."

"The thing that I really love the most about people that you call for service work on your home or your car whatever is that you explain to them what the problem is and they want to give you different scenarios on your problem and they not even there to look at it yet he already knew that the problem with my AC was completely rhubarb and that he would have to replace the unit yet he didn't even look at it that's what I love I just love it when people tell me there's no way to fix it yet somebody built it so I'm confused on what he means by my air conditioner was completely unfixable yet he never looked at it but he can tell me this over the phone interesting"
