"Avoid renting a vacation condo from this company. You will have absolute regret. Falsely advertises their listings, zero care or reaction to problems. Used my credit card company to obtain a full rental refund due to their false advertising."
"We stayed at Crescent Arms, unit 205S this past weekend. We rented through Rez Rentals. We checked in Saturday to find water standing in the bathroom sink. I tried all I could do to get it to drain but it would not, not to mention the smell! There were only one washcloth in each bathroom and there were 4 of us! I tried to call several times only to be told by some operator that they have not "turn their phones over to the office yet. She said that my issues were not an emergency!! VERY RUDE! I also tried to email them but have yet to get a response!! A plumber did finally show up MONDAY and fixed both sinks because the other bathroom sink had stopped draining. While he was there we mentioned to him about the washcloths so he said he would call. I listened in ad he did call, he obviously had a different # because he got in touch with some on a private line. They said they would have someone bring washcloths. They did bring some at 3pm Monday! But we are back home from vacation now and have yet to get a return phone call or email. The office at Crescent Arms WOULD NOT help us out, they said Rez Rentals were responsible for our unit and they had constant complaints from tenants that went through them!! PLEASE, save yourself the aggravation and headache. DO NOT GO WITH REZ RENTALS, it's a very good chance you will regret it!!"
"Staying in Unit 11 at Jamaica Royale, managed by REZrentals. REZrental is the worst property management I’ve seen. Honestly, the unit is not “that” bad. But REZrental is unresponsive. This place has cockroaches and no internet, and no one from REZrental will even reply back to my calls or emails. My family and I have stayed in many units at Jamaica royale, ran by different property managers and we have NEVER had problems. We love Jamaica Royale, but we will NEVER rent from REZrental again."
"This company is unresponsive. The wifi and cable went out the first day and have called 3 times. No one has reached back out to assist. There is also cockroaches in the unit. Rez rentals said “ Welcome to Florida”. 2 kids and a pregnant wife hanging out with cockroach’s."
