"The manager, Christina, was wonderful. Very pleasant despite being short staffed. Cory, at the Tiki Bar was wonderful as well! Again, super upbeat and provided great service and tasty cocktails!"
"It wasn't a bad stay. The room was pretty cool and the bar was nice and the bartenders were great. The downsides were the room was not cleaned and ready at check in. They gave us a credit for 2 drinks at the bar, but it was only for certain drinks.... That seemed dumb. They said just wait in the bar and we will bring you the keys when it's clean. They never did. When we went to the room it was clean,,, except for the ice bucket which was full of trash. I tracked down the cleaning lady(who was accompanied by the front desk girl) and explained to them what happened. They seemed puzzled and weren't sure what to do. I pretended to look through the ice bucket and pretended I saw a used condom... The cleaning lady sort of shrieked.... But they let me keep carrying it around."
"A very relaxing environment. The heated pool was still a bit cold but very clean and well-maintained. However, they gave me a room with old, chipped paint, and the bottom kick plate of the door was broken and had already been screwed back on previously. How about actually fixing it? If the room was like the pics show, I would've given this a higher rating."
"Hotel is simple but great! We stayed 2 nights only and hesitant based on other reviews. Beds were great, our room had a pool view and even if it was cold our girls enjoyed the warm water! There was a bit of humidity smell but AC helped and yes could hear the hut sound at night but they end early so not a big deal! Staff are very accommodating… Carmen helped us get a later check out and are very thankful. We do recommend staying there! Great value for the price!"
"We stayed here recently for a private event. The rooms were cute. I love the retro fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable. They didn't have enough outlets in my opinion and figuring out the overhead lights was confusing. The shower curtains are not long enough, so the floor got soaked every time we showered. The pool are was great. It has a Tiki island vibe which we loved. All the staff was great and overall we really enjoyed our stay."
