"Stayed here to celebrate our newborn with my wife and 2 year old and was amazed by accommodations and hospitality. Milo’s and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The amenities were fantastic and the food was excellent every time. Very elegant, fun, and family friendly. 10/10 will return. Thank you Lido key beach resort staff. Grandparents visited as well and enjoyed every aspect. Great resort for all ages!"
"Stopped in for happy hour on a Saturday and to watch a basketball game on the tv. My bad, on Saturdays there is no happy hour! No seats at the bar, so sat at a table close enough to see the tvs. If it’s a cool evening, you will want a jacket or go elsewhere, because there are no outdoor heaters. Drinks were amazing!!! I guess they should be for $16 for a 12 oz plastic cup pina colada! 3 of us went, had a total of 4 drinks, and 1 appetizer, $83 later! Not sure when prices went through the roof like this, but at that price, we won’t be returning anytime soon! Not to mention $10 valet tip. Also, if you’re going to see the sunset from this location, go elsewhere you can’t see much from the patio area! Tiki bar is not ON the beach, it’s on the property that sits on the beach."
"It's a very nice hotel, in a nice location, but having to pay for your vacation completely up front, then being asked to pay in advance for your incidentals is down right insulting. Seriously, I've never been asked to pay for a three week stay before ever setting foot on premises. The location certainly is in high demand, but I feel like a second class citizen staying here. No trust. No credit for having stayed here three weeks in a row three years running. The people at the hotel are all friendly and service is good. I gave the low rating for service because of the pay in advance requirement."
"My sisters and I stayed in a two bedroom suite. It was lovely and for the most part very clean , except for the kids toys and spilled box of milk duds in a bedroom drawer. I get it housekeeping is limited . Also found a milk dud (candy for you who don’t know) in the bedroom closet. The restaurant is awesome. We had great meals and service. Front desk very friendly and helpful."
