"We really enjoyed our two weeks here. We loved the site that we were assigned (983) because it was in a small loop with very little foot traffic and had a large grass area as well as the concrete pad. The park itself is the most enormous I’ve ever seen. Can walk the dogs for an hour and a half and not actually leave the park. Great amenities (pool is enormous, lots of activities and sporting areas) and great location to run downtown to Sarasota and over to Anna Maria Island. We will be back!"

"This place is massive and has stuff to do for weeks, including a wood shop and stained glass shop! This place is a huge mix of locals and temporary RVs. Most people were very friendly. Some of the long term seem to be a little tired of the transient but that’s OK. The pools open late. The food at the bars were good they amenities overall where pretty great the, small market was heavily overpriced considering there’s a Texaco cross the street sold most things they did but it’s a Campground/Resort. I expect that. In my humble opinion, there were not enough comfort stations, but the ones they had we have quite adequate"

"Stopped her to visit friends. This place is huge. Actually too huge. It's nice for those who want everything in one place, but it's like a high end trailer park. I liked The pool area, it's fantastic."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. We had a rental cabin with bunks for the kids and a separate room for us. The unit itself was in good shape, clean and had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. Only thing to mention is the water is kinda stinky and the kids room doesn't have any window coverings to make it dark. The park itself was very large, lots to do, the pools were amazing, the staff was great to work with. Only problems we had were with the pickle ball court where the home owners assn had tournaments scheduled at random parts if the day wland would regularly kick people off. No posted schedule or notices, random and they aren't nice about kicking people off. Outdoor bowling is off limits unless you take their course Only offered on Wednesdays. Close to a Publix for grocery, and several restaurants. The bar staff here was awesome and friendly. Never got food though it seemed pricey."

"My parents have wintered here for years and I’ve enjoyed many happy memories visiting them. This year I brought my partner and his kids for the holidays and while so many new things have added to this destination aka mini golf and improved menu, there were some disappointing moments. First we were shifted to a different unit than we had originally reserved and it had some wear and tear but the most disappointing thing was that three activities we had planned our days around for the kids were abruptly cancelled namely the foam party, duck hunt and scavenger hunt. It felt like poor preparation on the park for a holiday week. Why promote activities you can’t support? We would have still come and just planned our days differently."
