"Rented through this agency for 10 years and they never even publicly reported the rental. And finding records internally was just as hard. Made it almost impossible to find a new place. Mike was never available to verify information and never made the necessary information available inside their own company for other agents to assist either. Never got anything fixed. Had to spend money out of my own pocket just to make the place livable. And then he stole $1600 in deposits that was supposed to be returned to us only returning $400 of the $2000 to us. The owners told him there was no rent due for December, we were already on a month-to-month, so there was no excuse. He just said “I’m keeping it, it’s money I’m owed”. Don’t trust these people, they just take your money and don’t do their job. More than 30 days has passed, and he has still not given a written detailed explanation of why the money was kept and has not responded to any further communication."

"We have rented with Jeanette properties of Sarasota Florida. They have other locations in Lakewood Ranch, longboat key And siesta key for the last year, considering what a horrible year we had to begin with and dealing with a death and having to relocate during a pandemic, with two dogs And unexpectedly, a cat. Admittedly, our experience with our first rental was not good as we had to hire a dog trainer but I have overcome the training issues. The property management Is rude and when they take your deposit, they have no intention of ever giving it back regardless we are getting ready to leave our second property with Janete properties and if anyone has questions, please reach out especially if you have pets. We have spent $20 to $25,000 and I’ve had to put up with the rudest individuals. We have been yelled at and called liars, this is totally unacceptable you cannot even get an individual to deal with you rationally. Avoid this company at all costs, there are numerous other companies out there that offer the exact same services with kindness and a professional attitude."
