"Rented a 9 bedroom house for family to gather for THANKSGIVING was given 2 four bedroom condos spaced 4 blocks apart. Horrible service way over paid."
"I rented this place from July 14th to August 30th 2016. I have to leave early do to the condition of this location. The Townhouse was disgusting, carpet dirty, there was food on the refrigerator, MOLD under the kitchen sink, toilers water was black, several lights not working, all windows and doors were missing several blinds (no privacy), many of the drawers were full of junk, one of the bedrooms closets have an old dresser with no doors and all over the floor hangers. When I call the owner | Property Manager he told me he was going to take care of it that day, I explain to him that I was coming that Sunday (that was Friday) and said will be taking care. When I got to the townhouse nothing was done. I email him with pictures of the mold and everything else and he did not answer. Someone show up that night with out notice with some bolts and a spray. She just said sorry and that sometimes happen, she spray the mold and told me that the handyman was coming next day to fix the mold, two weeks later and they have not show up at all and they are not answering my emails. Stay away from this company and this place."
