"BEWARE of using this company!! No stars would suffice if that was an option! Booked a vacation home on VRBO in March of 2021 for an April 2022 vacation. On April 4… 5 days before our scheduled arrival I received a message cancelling my reservation with no explanation other than “we cannot honor your reservation and a refund will be issued within 15 days”!! I was left scrambling for a house big enough to accommodate all of us 5 days before arrival!!! Out of curiosity I tried to rebook same house for same dates and sure enough they had it rented out for some of my dates they canceled me for!! Absolutely unethical and unprofessional. This is a disgusting way to operate. RENTER BEWARE AND RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!"

"Very disappointed! The pool and hot tub were a major reason we rented this house for the week, but couldn’t enjoy the pool nor the hot tub because it was so cold. The pool heater was broken yet still charged me an extra $300 to heat the pool. I called them multiple times and they originally said the heater was on, but 4 days later said pool heater was broken and service was called, after 7 days service never showed up to fix the pool heater. Ice machine of refrigerator was not working and 2 different people came to look at ice maker but never fixed. Carpeting and furniture are filthy. The first 4 days of our vacation was spent calling about problems on the house: front door wouldn’t lock, back deck light wouldn’t work, ice maker didn’t work, refrigerator was turned down so low it froze fruits and vegetables ruining them. Communication was sporadic and at times rude!"

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I would have given them no stars if I could. I booked a vacation home in Florida on VRBO in March of 2021 for a February 2022 vacation. On February 8th, 11 Days prior to our scheduled arrival, they sent me an email cancelling my reservation. They claimed that they were in the middle of selling the home and couldn't keep our reservation. They now have my dates available on multiple reservation sites. They have not removed any of their rental listings from VRBO, AIRBNB and many others. The home is not listed on Realtor.com, Zillow, Redfin or any other real estate site as sold, for sale or pending. Between the time we made our reservation and January of 2022, They had some very bad reviews about the property. I contacted the Host on January 14th and on February 7th asking about the status of issues brought up in the negative reviews. The next day they cancel my reservation!?!? I think it was easier to cancel my reservation than to resolve the issues with the property. RENTER BEWARE!"

"I booked a stay with Emily/Nord Holidays through Airbnb. I found the entire experience to be completely unprofessional and impersonal. Due to medical reasons (my children’s father was no longer able to have his operation in Florida) - we had to cancel our stay. We were only 2 hours out of the 48 hour cancellation window for a trip that was 3 months away - and she refused to provide any form of refund nor allow us to change the dates to another time. We lost $1800 for being 2 hours late after trying to call and message her that morning. As someone who’s hosted both through Airbnb and privately as a management company - I’ve never been met with such unhelpful and unreasonable responses. Airbnb tried to reach out and help as well to no avail! Emily said it was not up to her but Airbnb when it came to handling the money or exchanging my dates, which was completely false as stated directly by Airbnb themselves. I understand this is hard times for everyone, but a little consideration and compassion goes a long way in business and client relationships. This is my first negative review I’ve ever left - and I struggled with even posting this. But I’m left with such a bad taste after this exchange I felt I needed to let others know of my personal experience."

"My family and I stayed at 1704 Lima Ave. To any potential vacationers, avoid staying at any home being managed by this company it is the worst. Not only do they not clean properly they are incapable of fixing a single issue. When we first arrived the house was dirty not just dirty there was literally blood on the stair rails, make up still on the pillows of the beds. Nothing was dusted. We are dealing with the spread of a virus affecting the entire world for the amount of money being charged for the stay, the least they could have done was cleaned the property. The air-conditioning was another issue as they refused to fix the issue of the AC actually maintaining the set temperature, when someone finally showed up the air-conditioning was shut off and would not turn back on. I have added pictures of the blood stains left behind and the AC not working properly. Seriously beware of renting from anything manager by this company it is horrible truly, I feel bad for the out of country homeowners who trust these horrible management companies."
