"My sister has been trying for 7 months to get her refund she was promised. She was last contacted from a Tomas Uncal promising refund was in progress and has been ignored since. She was renting a condo in Ft Myers and was informed construction on condo would not be complete in time for her family. She was offered another location, not desirable to what she originally wanted. They promised the full refund, she still has yet to receive this. Please please pass along. DO NOT go with this company if you want professionalism and reliability or just your money back as promised."

"If I could rate this property management company a 0 I would! For starters I have been calling with complaints since I got here 4 days ago. Each call I am told I will get a call back! Here I am days later and still making the calls to get the problems fixed instead of them calling me back like I was promised! I paid 2300$ to be here and it has been nothing but problems. Not only did we have broken pool sticks so couldn't play pool. Couldn't use the TV in the theater (my aunt reprogrammed the TV because apparently maintenance couldn't handle it. Now I'm upset and requesting the pool heat to be turned on for My inconveniences because not only do we have the problems I already stated but this property is also infested with roaches. Dread Locs left by the pool. Property just absolutely disgusting. Now they are mad about the phone calls of complaints I have been making they decided to turn our internet off!"

"We have booked Gary's Windsor Hill's Condo through Airbnb and stayed btw. 4/1/21'-4/4/21'. The room was not ready when we arrived at the room at 10pm 4/1(Thu). Two cleaners were still working in the room in the late night, and they asked us to wait outside for 15 minutes until they finish cleaning. We asked them why the room was not ready, but they said, " We can't speak English and can't understand what you say.". When we finally got in the room, it smelled smell like antiseptic in the room and the antiseptic smell was kept for 2 days after our arrival. Dirty dishes and cutlery were left in the dishwasher. Dirty bed sheets were left in the washer and the dryer machine was working to dry the towels which previous visitors used when we got in the room and towels were left in it. Toilet paper roles were out of stock. There is only one toilet paper in the master bathroom. When I called the property management office with the dial#9 in a night time, the lady responded that only one toilet paper roll was provided for our use for 4 days stay. I was very surprised with the response from the operator and it was bummer. Since I have left the above message to IPG through Airbnb 4/5/21'(Mon), there is not any response so far."

"Our experience with this company was less than ideal in several ways. The condo listing was fabulous but the condo itself was anything but. There was mold in both bathrooms, cobwebs, scotch tape holding together the kitchen counter, paper towels rolled up underneath and leveling the kitchen counter, squeaky bed, ripped linens and running toilets. When we contacted our host, we were ignored, until we contacted IPG. They told us it was being handled by our host. Our host said it was going to upper management. After 10 days of back and forth, it was decided that they would refund $80 of the $274. The condo was so disgusting that we didn't even stay our entire trip and they refused to give a decent refund. I will never use this company again. They obviously don't care about their customers."

"Lovely villa in an excellent location, having owned a villa a few house away the only slight issue I have is the lack of a safe to put passports ect into. I also found some of the towels threadbare and old which I would not have allowed in my own villa. Having said this it will not stop me from returning as it is overall a fantastic villa. Hope the slight criticism is constructive."
