"We stayed at seasons in May 2018. The company had not email us a code for the house even on the day we arrived. They FINALY texted us back with a different address to go to because ours house was not ready. The next day we arrived at the house and the garage was FULL of trash and broken suitcases from the previous tenants. That we spent a good day trying to clean it up and fit as much in the ALREADY full trash cans they had. We paid a $250 REFUNDABLE damage deposit for the rental and we have never received a refund, even after several emails, texts and phone calls. After I did talk to someone she said “we will look into it”. Then here it is 2 months later and no return phone call or refund. Very dissatisfied with VIP vacation rentals. Would not recomend them."
