"Usually nice place and property managers helpful. This year no. Reminder be sure to check beds and condo that it has been cleaned. Bedbugs found in bed upon entering (east Tower 1005). Very badly infested. Rental management (VACASA) was not helpful. Said they were sorry but that we had to leave and couldn't put us in another property. Said would give a full refund. We will see. So where to go. We just drove 9+ hours to get there. Went to hotel off island. VACASA needs to make this right. The room was obviously not cleaned or checked before our arrival. The cleaners would have definitely seen the bed bugs. They were that bad. This could have been prevented had their job been done properly."
"No carts available on arrival to unload our vehicle. Had to hunt one down at another building, finally located one after thirty minutes. Only one elevator was operating, and that one was sketchy at times. Our condo was located close to the elevator so it was very noisy at night. One bathtub leaked very bad. Balcony door was constantly getting stuck, making it a struggle to open, or close. Hot tub located in middle pool was filthy. Could not enjoy the pools as there were too many children running around with no parental supervision. AC airflow doesn't work in front rooms making it very uncomfortable. Balcony wasn't very private and our neighbors kept peeking over at us, making us all very uncomfortable. Broken chairs were left piled on the balcony for us to move out of the way. Overhead light in master bedroom did not work, we were told to change the lightbulb ourselves. That wasn't the problem. Several of us are covered in some kind of bug bites, I am guessing bed bugs. We visit this area twice a year and will not return here."
