"After the forecast of a hurricane we were contacted by owner for a update and we asked for refund all they offered was a voucher. $1500 just kind of hanging about until I decide to vacation in Florida again. When asked for refund was told he was being more than generous with the voucher and he didn’t have to do anything. Very displeased with the ethics and values of this company I own an automobile repair facility and my customer will always receive there money back if they are not 100% satisfied!"
"Thane and his staff were fantastic to work with. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit at the Regency for 5 nights and a 3 bedroom for 7. The accommodations were great and our transition from one unit to the other was easy and seamless. We had never stayed at Navarre before but we will definitely be back and will work with Navarre Vacation Rentals again. Top notch all the way around!"
