"The condo itself was OK. Not sure about the rest of the layout but the units that end in "05", have a wall blocking the view to the left, so you can only see the beach in front of you and to the right. When we were there, they were doing a lot of loud construction on the building starting before 8:00 am, the water was shut off for many hours during the middle of the day (10 am - 4 pm was the usual time) for 4 of 7 days we were there. The elevators were not a problem at all. There are 2 regular elevators and 1 for service. You're asked to use the service elevators when taking things in and out of the building. This made it a lot easier on the Saturday rush (when people were checking in and others checking out). We never had to wait more than a minute for an elevator. The waiting area is closed in and air conditioned. The unit came with a set of chairs and an umbrella, which is nice. We never saw anyone out there to move any of them, but they were there. There's a slotted storm door going into the condo that creates a barrier making it nice when you have the balcony open because the outside door doesn't slam. It's definitely not the nicest place we've ever stayed and there were a lot of problems but it's clean. I'd give it a 1 1/2 out of 5 for our personal experience."
