"The house was great we had a wonderful stay the only thing I would say that was bad was when we left we realized that we left a pillow and a blanket we immediately texted them and asked if they found them, I was told they would get with the housekeepers and let me know, I waited until the next day and texted them again I was told they did find them so I preceded to say if they would send them I would be glad to pay for the shipping all they needed to do is let me know how much and I would give it to them. I never heard back from them and this has been since June. So if you leave something just be prepared you will not get it back."

"For decades I have done family vacations with rentals. This year our trip was to Navarre Beach for Thanksgiving week. We had 13 people. 7 adults and 6 children. The initial rental was for “The Dream Maker”. 5 bedroom, 5 bath house. A couple of months after securing this rental it went up for sale. We didnt notice until after paying our final payment that locked us in. The property management moved us to another rental that was much smaller. I sent an email and received a prompt reply. No one had notified us that our initial rental had gone up for sale. My daughter caught that. The property manager explained the initial rental had indeed gone up for sale and said the swap to the much smaller rental was a accident. My initial rental also included a dog of which I paid a $200 pet fee. The property managers moved us to another rental “Island Escape” that was a new house just built in June. There was more confusion prior to our trip about the pet. The rental we were moved to didnt allow pets, but the property manager was able to work that out. The initial reservation was through VRBO and there was no mention of dog size allowed. Just that it was pet friendly. There was no mention of only allowing 2 vehicles to park at the property. Yet the rental agreement had only 2 vehicles allowed and any extra would have to park at beach public parking.. which closes at 9 PM and no parking over night. Talk about a stressor. The “Rental Agreement” is a legal document. I work in Engineering and am trained to NOT sign legal documents that are NOT accurate. I signed this document 4 times and there were several inaccuracies. The house had parking for around 6 vehicles. The size limit for dogs is 35 lbs. Yet I was greeted by a german shepherd when I arrived that was well over 35 lbs. and there were quite a few other large dogs that came by during our stay. The Island Escape was 400 ft smaller then our original rental. There was a small TV in the living room and master bedroom. 4 baths.. No TVs in the other guest bedrooms. Kitchen was very modern, house was very clean. Guest bedroom that was said to be Queen bed was a full bed with walking room around it. This was a confusing rental. With that said, the original rental is back off the market and never sold. Rental agreement states they can swap your rental. No professional at all."
