"Update: did get a 100% refund. And they made it right with me. They Called more than once after we checked out to try to make it right. Great effort to fix an issue. Would use them again. Rented a VRBO and it had no running water, couldn’t get a call back, tried everything to get it fixed, called, emailed, texted, nothing. Wouldn’t respond to a refund request to go somewhere else. Had to get a motel in my Dime."

"I have nothing but great things to say about Deluna! I primarily worked with Sheena and she is prompt at responding to my requests the same or next business day. I can also text her if need be. I never received a single phone call (no news is good news) and was comfortable with Deluna handling anything that came their way with regard to my short term rental house. Deluna was key in my home having 50 stellar reviews on Air B&B. Deluna managed my house for over a year and a half while I had to leave the country. I never had one sleepless night worrying about my home while Deluna managed it. For the time Deluna managed my short term rental home, it had very few open dates! I keep up with all of my own maintenance and coordinate with her or simply have the vendor reach out to her for coordinating anything that needs to be done. The cleaner assigned to my home was outstanding! As a neat freak, I was so glad to have such a detailed cleaner! In short, their short term rental manager, Sheena, was a pleasure to work with and I’d highly recommend Deluna for any of your property management needs! 10/10!"

"My Fiancé and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful renovated bungalow. The place was as advertised, the pictures really give you an exact representation of everything. We enjoyed our 3 nights stay very relaxing, you aren’t far from Pensacola beach or Navarre beach. Nice neighborhood very quiet. I’m glad I canceled my hotel reservations and stayed here. Also if you have any issue they quick to respond and resolve any issues to the customers satisfaction."
