"Horrible management company. I applied not knowing this building was for 55+ and paid too. I didn’t hear anything from them. I called every single day for about a month. On top of that sent lots of emails to the company. Do you think I’ve heard anything back from them? Nope. I got a hold of someone about a month after I applied and they said it was weird and wrong the amount that I was charged and that I would hear back from them when they spoke with the supervisor. Did I hear back from them? Nope. Don’t trust the Richman property services inc. they are a bunch of fraudulent thieves."
"Received a message with scheduled appointment. Noone showed up. Everything was closed. Found Chris who didn’t have any clue about availability in this building. No trust even continue to deal with such low key management. Be careful!"
"Their list is closed but the manager was so kind she answered all my questions and pointed me to the right direction. Very professional. And the place looks great."
