Park Towers Apartments

"If I could give this place 0 star i would. I have been living here for about 4 years and this is the worst it has gotten with the management team. My lease was supposed to renewed in Sept they never sent me the new lease. I went to the office two months in advance spoke to Aida she told me that she will send it by mail ; never did ! I then received a notice for Oct saying my rent is up from $1515 to $1816. I emailed them I told them to give me an explanation of why I never received a renewal and why my rent went up so high they never responded. I went to the office to talk about it that’s when they told me that they will not be renewing my lease and I have to be out by November 28 2023. RIGHT BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS. Never once had the complex call me regarding anything I was doing wrong. Their excuse were I’m causing mold, 90% of the units have mold. How am I responsible ? Came to find out one of their workers at the office want my apartment because it’ is one of the new models I am not sure what to make of this and I personally think this a so wrong on so many levels to not allow a good tenant to renew their lease or even give them an option for another unit. Now I am left to go on a goose hunt for another apt stressed out and having to come up with thousands just to move. And when I contacted management they told me that it is the decision of the owners of the complex which from my understanding it is YMP management. I have tired calling and emailing and I have not yet even get a call back or any type of answer. Yes, if I had done something wrong then I would have just left without a word but I have done NOTHING! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!"

"I'm not sure how many stars to give this apt complex. I have been living here less then a year and all of a sudden out of no where I get a letter on my dooR that they will not be renewing my lease IN November and I have to be out by December 2 2023. RIGHT BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS. And before someone thinks that I had done some thing wrong, I have not , Not once have I ever been late on rent I have never had quest in my apt since I am new to Florida and don't know anyone or anything here. Never once had the complex had to call me regarding anything. I live in the more renovated Units and it is very clean. "I moved here 6 months, 1 month my car was towed, no sign that states no park, after a lot of cars got tows they put a sign. Holes in pavement in parking lot, street coming and going out, and management don't care, if your tires get damaged. Elevator is broken a for weeks at times."

"it’s been a great experience living here. the staff at the office makes all the process go smoothly. my favorite are Angela Triangle and Mia Chirino they always helps me with anything and everything very quickly. great person! 10/10 recommend"

"This has been the worst experience of my life. I moved here since July , everything since I moved in has been a leak in the entrance hallway , I have been cleaning feces water till today. I spoke with the haitian lady and she was very helpful but the workers did not fix the problem, they came in and looked at it but never fix it . I kept going to the office and spoke with manager and he seems to not care. All of my things are ruined, inside is stink everyday the hallway full with feces water. They recently fixed my sink, I was using a pot to use the sink and drop the water in the toilet. This is ridiculous, I thought there was great but its was all a dream . mold all over the house, water in both closet in my room. Recently my ceiling fell with no problem . too much going on , I don't know what to do next . I'm paying here $1301 every month and I'm not even satisfied. All my clothes my shoes my bags are ruined. My AC always on. Hallway closet was leaking because the top floor was leaking and I dealt with it and also mushrooms growing on ceiling. This has been the worst experience of my life."
