AMLI Midtown Miami

"AMLI Midtown Miami is by far a superior building with the finishes and location being top tier. But not only is that top tier. One of their staff members Cris went above and beyond to get us moved in and made sure the process was seamless and painless. She facilitated our move and held our hand throughout the entire process. We are very grateful for her and AMLI is lucky to have someone like Cris working for them."

"Loved living here for the year. Chris, our leasing agent made our first apartment hunt a breeze. I couldn’t be happier with the treatment and the building. Never had an issue and the amenities were top notch. Chris made the application process super easy and was always quick to respond to question. She also helped us in keeping with the AMLI family by helping us transfer into the AMLI 29 building. I couldn’t be happier with the treatment and the building and staff who maintain the whole place. I also wanted to mention Pedro who is a leasing agent as well. He was always very informative, professional and helpful. Him and Chris give AMLI a very good name. It’s a very nicely run apartment and I would highly recommend to anyone moving to or around Miami."

"I honestly am really upset writing this review. I was so excited to move to this apartment. Ive only been here since July with my boyfriend. Nothing about this place is organized. The staff does not care about their residents because they NEVER answer the phone. I booked the bowling alley which was $300 (even though we pay over $3500 in rent every month) they took my money and said it was reserved. I sent out invites for my whole family to come enjoy the bowling alley just for them to say it was never reserved ( I have the emails and receipts to prove it) they tried to “make it right” by giving me a free bowling night but... there is no communication. The front desk lady looked at me like she had no idea what i was saying when we said we had a reservation for today and no one gave her a code. On top of that after a long day of work i walk into my apartment that i just moved into and I found out that my light fixture was TAPED together! TAPED ! To the ceiling! Im paying over $3500 a month for cheap fixtures?? What is this ! On top of all that we have NO ACCESS to amenities ever, the pool has been closed all month now and we even ran out of water all day one time, can you imagine paying $3500 a month and you cant even flush your own toilet? It’s ridiculous… get it together. Communicate. I also couldn’t believe my eyes when one of the leasing agents saw my Ring and ripped it off my door and put it in HIS pocket, like it was his property or something?? You could have POLITELY called me to take it down or put a warning letter on my door that it was being taken down. Maintenance is very very nice but The apartments are obviously beautiful but wow, i cannot believe how bad the “service” is here. Get it together please. I work way too hard to come home to this many issues."

"We have lived here for a little over 2 years and would not recommend. We initially signed a 2 year lease when the building opened, were not given our renewal within the 60 day window and thus were unable to find a suitable alternative with roughly a month left on our lease so we re-signed. While we do love our unit, layout, appliances, etc, the building is horribly maintained relative to the “luxury” price point. Throughout our time here I have documented and reported to management over 250 instances of dog pee and poop in the elevators, hallways, etc. Sometimes it is cleaned, others it’s left for days. Additionally, neighbors allow their dogs to defecate on their porches and we have found dried dog poop on our terrace patio multiple times along with pee from units above dripping down on our outdoor furniture. Furthermore, the building security is completely nonexistent. External doors are constantly wedged open, broken, or just left completely open which is a major safety issue. I have also found homeless people sleeping in the stairwells when I let my dog out in the morning. Additionally, they promote a concierge for the building but it provides none of the standard or expected responsibilities you would get from a concierge at other properties I’ve lived in. All of these issues I have thoroughly documented and reported to management but no true improvement has ever been made. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend Amli Midtown. Attached are just some of the pictures."
