Miami Plaza

"My lender car was towed from my assigned parking space the day I arrived with this vehicle from a sixth floor. The management office was closed at the time of my arrival. I identified my self as the tenant and told to both security persons that my car was a lender given to me that same day by the car dealer. The security guard did not offer a temporary permit. I used my beeper to enter the parking lot and parked my car in my assigned parking space. I went the very next morning to the management office to get a parking permit. To my surprise, I was informed that my car was towed that very same night by security ( approx less that an hour after I had the discussion with them) . I have lived for three years in the Miami Plaza as a contract abiding tenant, and I have dealt with all kinds of egregious issues, but i have never filed a formal claim. I believe in due process, communication and healthy coexistence. These basic social concepts are non existent in this management. After over three weeks of filing a request for reimbursement from the management, my claim was finally denied-twice. Apparently the management is not responsible for physical damages to the car while in the parking area. Even if these physical damages ( removal of the car) are caused by the landlord or the company representing the landlord itself."

"Moved in about a week ago. Already had a package stolen but all in all the building itself is solid and gets the job done. My biggest issue is the fact that there's dog poop everywhere outside the building. I literally have to keep my head on a swivel as I walk my own dog. Moving from the northeast, I was shocked to hear that people, in general, down here tend to not pick up their dogs waste...but around this building it's really apparent. It's gross; for that reason alone I doubt I resign. If an improvement happens in the coming months, I may reconsider."

"I just moved to this building a few weeks ago! The building is beautiful, the amenities are very well designed. I love how welcoming the lobby is, you feel right at home. Management is very helpful and professional, they go out of their way to help you in everything you need. The building itself is centrally located, close to restaurants shops and entertainment. The apartments and the views are the WOW effect! The views on this apartments are out of this world, sunsets and sunrises are unique, you see the water from everywhere. They have Samsung appliances which I love :) and the apartments have a modern beach feel. I have a corner unit looking West and East so you get the best of both worlds :). Pool deck and Gym are great. Move in here you will not regret it they have the best prices and apartments in all the area."
