"I have been living here for almost 2 months, Everything is pretty good and we are enjoying our apartment, There were some maintenance needed and the y Take care of it very quickly.. The front desk is also very helpful. Specially, Markous helped me to carry a heavy package that I received at the beginning.. The apartment is very clean smell good and parking is also available for reasonable price $50 Per year. I wish this big complex has a bigger gym though. Also, they close the pool very soon around 6-7 PM which make it mostly unusable. I hope they changed this Soon ."

"At first I was a bit hesitant due to the area of the community, but I decided to consider it since it is relatively close to my job, and I’m so happy I did. I love my unit, it is exactly what I was looking for and the space I needed. Office staff has been changed a few times, but during my time here everyone from the staff has been exceptional, professional and always willing to assist. I’ve been impressed lately with the overall presentation of the complex, it’s always clean and smells so good. If I had to add a negative but not a deal breaker, I would say the new parking system that was recently enforced, beware they do tow. Other than that I would highly recommend it if you’re looking in the area."

"Building is always so clean and smells so lovely. Pool area is amazing with a great view, raul the maintenance manager takes care of anything that we need . The property manager Jo always Greets you with a smile, and shes always available no matter how busy she looks. This is a great building near downtown to live at with beautiful view Neighbors."

"This is an add to the poor review from previous… poor management probably the worst i have ever seen! We have had 4 new property managers in 1 year, there is continuous problems they blame their tenants for, will mark work orders done but are never fixed. The neighbor is ghetto multiple shootings in one year of living here crack heads on every corner, do yourself a favor and do not live here… downtown is steps away with very competitive pricing with better management. You will regret signing a lease here because also they don’t know how to properly do that as managers. Everyone who works here is the problem. Yet anyone who worked here a year ago was amazing, then was fired and it all went bad. now as a resident when i complain it’s left half done and never cared. The director and manager came to fix my issue to make it look worse and change nothing. You wont win don’t live here you will be stuck in lies nothings fixed as you see just patched and expected to be accepted. They only answer you when it’s beneficial for them. New property manager is even worse, she has a power trip issue speaks to you condescendingly with an attitude. Doesn’t follow the protocols right but will make your staying her miserable if you complain about anything. Also unit 201 don’t rent it i questions for months how my air conditioner never shuts off when it’s on auto and why my electric bill loving solo for 980 sq feet is over 300$ 150$ more than my neighbor but they have not done anything to check the ac unit that constantly runs unless i put it at the 76 degrees the recommended. Place is a joke and so unprofessional. Also if you have a parking space apparently they threaten to tow the car if you allow your friends to park there (another egomaniac thing the new manager does)"
