"I moved here two years and a half ago. Lili is the property manager who is committed to the residents at Aventura Oaks. She understands that this is people’s livelihood and place of living - she’s all about the experience and helps as much as she can when a problem arises. Overall the place has many wonderful amenities - pool, dog park, open space and a lovely lake view. There are strict guest parking rules - as long as you follow them you’ll be okay. This is located by skylake plaza - the location is nice since it’s close to many shopping centers, mall and highways."

"I have been living there for 2 years. Place is very clean. Staff is very nice. It's getting better an better since Lilly took over. She got my bathtub painted and a new mirror on request. She definitely knows how to manage this place and how to treat the residents. I took 1 star because fitness center does not have mirrors and many machines available to work out. There is no camara in the complex. I will add it if they make any of these changes or even by adding a Tesla charger."

"I've been living at Aventura Oaks for about 3 years....and have seen about 3-4 different management companies come and go since I've been here and they were all a mess. Lily is the current property manger along with her team and she's the best. She goes above and beyond to take care of the tenants' concerns and needs. I have nothing but good things to say about her. She's very helpful and professional and has made my first apartment experience a good one! Thank you Lily and team!"

"We recently moved to Aventura Oaks, and it has been such an effortless transition! Lily and Brianna were super helpful in answering all our questions/concerns before our move. They went above and beyond showing us units, more than once, to ensure we were happy with our decision. The neighborhood is very quiet, and conveniently located near several shopping plazas and the I95. There is a dog park in the back of the apartment complex right next to a serene lake. The pool and grill area are great, especially when we’ve had friends and family over. Guest parking is not such a hassle if you follow easy instructions. Since we’ve moved in, there have been repairs and remodeling throughout the building – upgraded laundry units, painting, and elevator restorations just to name a few updates. I know some people might find this to be a pain, but I think it shows that management is making the appropriate improvements to the entire development. I would absolutely recommend Aventura Oaks!"
