"This is a Senior Community and they violate a lot of ADA rules when it comes to the disabled individuals. This community keeps you hostage in your home, when the elevator is not operational for weeks at a time. This community has more than one floor. All elderly residents are not able bodied to walk up and down stairs. To complain to the younger staff is like telling a joke and nothing is being done about this. The guard gate that is suppose to assist in protecting the elderly is always broken allowing any and everybody entry to the community. I am in the process of contacting an attorney and both ADA and Federal Housing Authority. I am seeking to file a class action law suit for the elderly that reside in this community. This place is not a good choice to reside in."
"elevator is always broken. gate always open at night. i used to leave there w my mom. my mom has section 8 and i have a daughter which i have to put it in papers for section 8 when she born the contract says they do not accept child only seniors people, so we have to move before contract ends because the don't wants kids in there and they don't want to give us the deposit back..."
