"My husband and I went to tour this building. The tour started at the top of the building showcasing a specialty floor with additional outdoor spaces for all residents on that floor. We were then shown the model, so pretty but of course because it’s the model. Then, down to the pool, multiple co working spaces, gym, etc. I asked if we were still going to be shown the unit we were most interested in because it was empty. The tour guide “forgot”, but we headed back up to the open unit on the 7th floor I believe. To no surprise at all, the unit was terrible. No wonder she “forgot”. I stepped 2 steps inside the unit and I’ve never seen so many roaches in my life, and I used to live in Arlington, Texas. They were coming from the bottom cabinets of the sink, out of the sink drain/disposal. Simply put, they were all over that kitchen. Do not be fooled. This BUILDING has roaches. A friend of ours moved out weeks after their lease. Do not bother. It’s disgusting how little they clearly care of their residents."

I applied for a place at this location since December 19, 2023, and from the onset of the process, I have encountered anomalies and poor communication. I lost crucial time to secure a new place before December 27, 2023, due to the lack of response and communication during this period. Despite my attempts through emails, phone calls, and personal visits, the person in charge of my process, Tiana, displayed negligence by not responding to my messages or informing me about the situation. I discovered that the apartment I applied for was already committed, yet my application was deceptively accepted. Despite having options to prove my ability to pay, I was systematically ignored by Tiana, even when I visited her in person and never found her in the office. During my last visit, another advisor pointed out the irregularity in the procedure, as the apartment was already leased. This confirms that I fell victim to a scam, as I paid for a service I never received. I demand a prompt resolution and the corresponding refund. He made my leasing process smooth and fast. Building looks beautiful, amenities are amazing, apartment is clean and nice. Noticed a few small fixable issues here and there, but overall I’m happy with my move-in."

"The management team is less than helpful. I am a tenant and have a refrigerated package coming that clearly is time sensitive and was sent to me as a gift. The day it was to be delivered I was sadly out of town until the following morning. I called and asked if as a one time courtesy, if they could put it in the fridge in the common area. They informed me that they wouldn’t do it, therefore leaving my gift to spoil. Thank you and merry Christmas."
