"I’ve been in the building for 2 weeks and the back gate has been broken and left open overnight at least twice. Not sure if it’s a building issue or my neighbors but Im seeing roaches in my apartment and in the hallways, even with the exterminator coming weekly. Additionally, given the size of the building and number of tenants there should be more than just 3 washers available for everyone to use. Not sure why every floor doesn’t have a laundromat. The apartments are remodeled and spacious and it is quiet and peaceful, you don’t hear much noise from neighbors. Management has been helpful with apartment repairs"

"I've been a resident of Biscayne Shores for a couple of months now and I absolutely love its location, my apartment its totally remodeled and I don't have any complains. It looks like they had some issues being short of personnel during this pandemic, but I personally went to talk to Luisa the new property manager and she was very helpful and it seems like everything is back on track now.... the property looks clean again!"

"Been living here for 5 months already very quite place friendly people but haven’t seen a washer or dryer yet they said they would put one months ago. The back gate is always open as well as the lobby door. For as much as I paid we all should have washer and dryer in our unit. There is no spa in the building there’s a lot of false advertisement coming from this apartment building."

"The AC units are extremely old. Everything that was promised was not given. The pool was supposed to be ready in June then September and now who knows. The elevator inspection is long over due and constantly gets stuck on a daily basis. With and without people in it. The building smells because the trash chute doesn’t work properly and so people leave trash in the hallway. During the hurricane we were without power for 12 days and after that my refrigerator got moldy due to how long we were gone being that we were afraid that the apartment would not withstand the hurricane. It took them three weeks to bring us a new fridge. I hate this place. There’s roaches that came after we moved in of course. They lie about things being changed and are hypocrites. Do not give your hard earned money to this place because they could care less about their tenants and more about money! I’m not sure why other residents have not written reviews but I wish I never even moved in here."
