"I'm going on my second year of living at Hialeah Pura Vida Apartments. At first it was a difficult transition for me bc of not knowing the area but after a few weeks I learned that there is a Target, Publix and even a mall near by and we're located right by the the Palmetto Expressway. I'm very happy with the amenities here. The pool is clean, the gym has everything I need and more. The office staff is always very informative, cheerful and willing to help. Maintenance is also a plus as they keep the property clean and have gone above and beyond when I've needed them. I'm very happy with my decision of renewing here."
"Had the privileged to live here and it was amazing mostly the assistant's manger ray is the best and very concern of your questions and problems , unfortunately for the rent going up so high had to leave thank you ray for everything we needed."
"Came to Miami for a week to visit my family and after just 2 days, I was being harassed by management about not living there. Hansel, in particular, was extremely rude. Seems like he never had any control over his life as a child, and now as an adult with a job title, he feels like it’s okay to treat people badly. To pay almost $3,000 in rent to live in Hialeah seems a little absurd to me anyhow. DONT RENT HERE. You’ll get treated poorly by power starved people with a management position, and are definitely better off renting in a nicer area."
"Brand new apartment so happy I got my 2/2 here ray was the person who help me excellent services very helpful told me everything I need and get to be approved. I recommend pura vida apartment 100%. Am about 7 minutes from work this allow me to sleep more HELL YEAH!"
