"If you are thinking of moving here word of the wise.. DONT! The rules for the pool are ridiculous. The gym has 3 things that work, if you have a visitor past 11pm be prepared to pay a tow truck. You jump through the longest hoops to get approved and you think the place is the best and it's not! The best thing they have is the security is super nice and friendly!"

"Everything everyone is saying over the towing situation and scamming is ALL TRUE. I don’t know how or what they’re doing but last night I had my pass on my dash and I was in my PERSONAL parking spot but still when I woke up this morning it was gone and security is saying there was no site of a paper at all in the car. They’re definitely opening your doors and removing/relocating the passes to a spot where the security “can’t see it” and where they can blame it on you."

"Beware!! Do not look at any places for rent here, there are people that show you an apartment here just to take your deposit fee of 50$, show you an empty unit, and never call you back or contact you again, nor pick up your call. I did end up living here for 2 years. When I first moved in someone had posted flyers all over about how this place is corruptly managed. I should have taken better notice. Always a parking issue, even though they changed their parking rules and decals, still no parking. They tow cars away even though there are plenty of empty parking spaces. Constant unnecessary noise from "maintenance" which includes: loud hammering, leaf blowing, and power washing, causing many of the units to be flooded. The painted floors, which they re-paint constantly, it's a waste of money as they are always dirty because of high traffic and duck feces, and slippery when wet. When I moved out my moving men did not want to do the job because of the slippery floors. Just avoid, there are better places out there for around the same price."
