The new office team is taking the time to worry about their residents and their experience at Country Club. Today, I received a call from the office, where I was treated with kindness and respect. She was very professional and helped solve a misunderstanding. I am happy to know that, as humans, some people still feel empathy for other human beings. We live with too much stress and social pressures, and finding someone that makes you feel welcome is fantastic."

"I strongly advise against using the Luxer One package storage option provided by the building. While it is meant to receive deliveries from various carriers, I have had three instances of packages being stolen. In one case, I found that someone had broken a locker door and taken all the contents. Each time this happened, I reported it to Luxer, who referred me to the leasing office as they have surveillance cameras installed. However, despite their assurances, I never received any further communication or resolution from the leasing office. To prevent further theft, I am now having my packages delivered elsewhere. I hope the leasing office takes this issue seriously and takes action to prevent fraud, as many residents in the building complex are affected."

"The new property manager Dania has come in and renovated the property. I’ve been a tenant for years and I’m so happy to see this new team come in and give the property such a homey feeling. She took time to meet most tenants and get feedback, and boy are we seeing the amazing changes! I’ve been a tenant for years and besides the beautiful amenities this property boasts, my favorite part about living here is the friendly staff. Mr. Juan and Mr.Wilfredo along with the rest of the maintenance team are always making sure our units are up to date and they handle maintenance request in less than 48 hours! If you’re looking for a quiet, family oriented, safe space to live… this is definitely the place for you!"
