"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! the worst place to live on the planet, don’t even waste your time. The leasing office lady DONNA is a witch. she’s horrible soon as you see her face just know she will give you hell. golf villas treats new tenants better than the old ones even though you pay rent every month. nothing about this place is luxury do not fall for it. old cabinets, messed up floors, white refrigerator, everything about it is just old & dirty. I RATE THIS PLACE -000, they will also try to scam you out of your money & security deposit. Golf villas is the same company as LAUDERIDGE on 441 they are both trash places to move your family. MOLD MOLD & it’s not worth a quarter of the price. no pest control, dirty & stand stairways, washers & dryers are broke. I lived here 3yrs & they didn’t clean my carpet once as they stated they would in the lease. THEY ARE THIEVES. Lots of tenants have moved out & they’re trying to trick people with a move special. DONNA THE WITCH MAKES THE PLACE EVEN WORSE, SHE WILL ALSO TRY TO AVOID YOU INSTEAD OF ACTUALLY DOING HER JOB. COMPLETE TRASH & i just moved out so this is the most accurate review. 2023 Review. I’m going post this everywhere so no one goes through what i did. I ALSO SEE THEY REPLIED SAYING I SHOULD'VE COME BY THE OFFICE WELL I DID & THE FACE OF YOUR COMPANY DONNA IS AVOIDING ME. STOP LYING YOU GUYS NEVER HELP WITH ANYTHING LIKE I SAID BEFORE HORRIBLE PLACE. YALL RATING WILL DROP TO 1 IF MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED TRUST."

"It’s very quiet there..The staff deserves 5 stars.. but MOLD MOLD MOLD and more MOLD nearly killed me and my 2 kids.. and almost everything is patched up and looks good when u just moved but only last for 2 weeks most"

"I lived here for about 5-6 years and things kept getting worse as time went on. It used to be a nice area with a relaxing and quiet golf course behind it. Now it's trash and that golf course is becoming a living community so it's just added noise. Management is horrible and only helps when they want to. The hot tub hasn't worked for 4+ years. Using the pool is no longer enjoyable because kids are not supervised and are destroying the poolside furniture; which in my final 5 months there, all furniture was gone because of damages so there wasn't anywhere to sit or lay down. You are limited in internet options company wise, so don't expect anything good because it's average at best. Also, it used to be a quiet place to live but lately has become loud. It's time to move on after this lease. Most importantly, report everything immediately and before you move out because they will say repairs ended up costing so much that you're not getting a security deposit back. Avoid this place. Not worth it at all."
