"They never return your phone call, the only time we received contact from the assistant property manager was when she wanted us to sign paperwork. Why would we move in somewhere that couldn’t be bothered to return our calls? When I expressed this to her, she told me they didn’t receive any calls from me (I sent her screenshots) and that my boyfriend had a confirmation call the prior week - but the only time we were actually able to speak with someone she couldn’t tell us anything about our application and said that we were all waiting on the assistant property manager to be back at work."

"Absolute trash. This development offers absolutely zero security, upkeep, and competition to ANY nearby neighborhood in Tamarac/Sunrise. Right off of Pine Island you can easily enter the area from one of many entrances. The most popular being A DO NOT ENTER exit with no sign where countless accidents, loss of wildlife, and disruptions occur. Waste management is an actual joke. Firstly Spectra invested pocket change into 2 foot plastic garbage bins one would simply place under their sink, to be placed outside each unit to compensate for the lack of effort maintenance put into keeping the area clean. Secondly the dumpsters are in the middle of the buildings which are constantly surrounded by broken glass and furniture left there by any one looking to dump unwanted trash. The amount of trash/glass left about the premises by maintenance/management is proof enough for you to reconsider calling this a temporary home. On the topic of the TWO maintenance workers that are rarely seen driving golf carts around neglecting ANY of the aforementioned issues so far. I don't think I've ever seen either of them visit a unit nor heard from any of the residents that the orders were fulfilled. The "grass" or more accurately weeds are so incredibly untreated that your pet will undoubtedly obtain fleas or worse, Giardia. Upon visiting ONE TIME my pet was ridden with fleas so I can imagine why so many of the pet owners would rather walk to the nearby golf course across the street to exercise their companions. DO NOT LIVE HERE, DO NOT GIVE THESE THIEVES YOUR HARD EARNED FUNDS, DO NOT EVEN THINK TO RAISE YOUR FAMILY HERE. DO NOT PLEASE DO NOT MOVE TO SPECTRA!"

"The maintenance team is really nice, any and all work orders we put in get done nicely and in a timely manor. The guys on this team, put in so much work for us, and I enjoy living here knowing they got my back when we need things done."
