Uptown Maitland Senior Apartments

"I have called this property at least 5x this week and no one answers. I left a voicemail hoping for a callback, but still no response. I even called the corporate office to inquire about the property and they gave me a local number to try instead of the 800 number AND STILL NO RESPONSE. If the office is only open from 9am-1pm M-F and you cannot book an appt unless you contact someone directly (because there is no booking directly on the website), how are they renting? Waste of my time. Was hoping that my Mom would be able to find somewhere nice to stay, but I am concerned that if no one is in the office to just answer the phone, then what can she expect when it comes to responding to a tenant."

"It appears Alex, the maintenance man, is wonderful, helpful and goes above and beyond. All the 5 star reviews are for Alex. Customer service and call back regarding information on leasing? Nada. Zip. Zilch. Ignoring a possible new renter's request for information about the property is a BIG RED FLAG!"

"Nice place to live. Great apartments, location and facilities. Maintenance is great, specially by having Alex as the person taking good care in the overall maintenance. He is a hard worker and knowledgeable of his job, always in good spirits and kind."

"Alex is a very efficient, professional and competent. He works thoroughly in a well-organized and competent way. He does all the work at a high level. Timely responds to maintains offers, and does all the work very quickly on time and efficiently. There is not a single area in which he would not know and understand how to do, whether it be:electrical, plumbing, A/C, boiler, fixing cabinets, windows repair and others….. Alex does the all work as at his own home and as for himself. Also I would like to say about Alex personality: Alex is a very respectful, kind and friendly to absolutely everyone. This is a very important, especially for older people. It's a pity that the work can only be rated 5 stars. I would give 10 stars to an employee of such a high class. If ever, for any reason, he had to leave, it would be a huge loss to the Concord and to the people of Maitland. Therefore, such workers should be encouraged not to leave their jobs and increase them salary. He is a great asset to the company!"

"**Five stars for ALEX** I recently moved into Uptown Maitland, my best experience here and the person who made me feel welcome was Alex, our maintenance professional, he introduced himself and let me know if I needed assistance with anything regarding the apartment to let him know. After moving in, there were a few things that needed attended to. These things were attended to promptly. Alex is very respectful, kind and has a great personality, he always says hello. Uptown Maitland is lucky to have such a hard working and outstanding employee who should be rewarded accordingly."
