Sheraton Orlando North Hotel

"it's an average hotel. pillows had stains, there was a water dripping from the ceiling in the lobby. beds aren't great. it'll do if you need to stay in the area though and there's nice places to go."

"Stunning hotel. Extremely spacious. Perfect for a family who are prepared to drive around as well as a solo traveler whether for work or leisure. The rooms are fantastic, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast lunch and dinner options are perfect. American sized portions, so you won’t go hungry, I assure you. Convenience stores within walking distance. Easy access to and from Orlando international airport via taxi. Air conditioned rooms. Gym, outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi available to all guests. I’ve seen a lot of families as well as people here simply on vacation with friends and family. Will definitely be returning the next time I’m Orlando for work."

"My husband and I had an excellent stay at Sheraton. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. I’m pretty sure the rooms have been updated and it was super cute and modern. Oh and the bed was amazing. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and has a great location. But what really made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service I received from the front desk staff. Despite checking in late at night due to delayed travel arrangements, the front desk lady was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was settled in comfortably. Her excellent customer service made a stressful travel experience much more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Keep up the great work, especially the front desk lady who was working the night of the 26th and 27th."

"My experience at the Sheraton was definitely not my best. Where do I start. My family and I arrived in the evening time to check in. The gate was broken to park my car securely. Another guest and I had to go into the office multiple times just to get access to their parking lot. When we arrived upstairs into the room, there was a weird smell coming from maybe the carpet. We were a party of three and they only stocked for two people. The toilet bowl had urine on it and also smelled like urine. My duvet on the bed was torn. We left went out the next day and left the room around 10:30, we did request room service. We came back about 8p.m. and the room was still dirty, all the garbage cans were full, bed unmade, and no new linen. We went to the concierge to complain and requested clean towels and for the room to be cleaned. We waited for about an hour no-one came, so I called down the front desk, and someone came up about 30 minutes later with some towels and did not clean the room. The overall hotel looks nice on the outside and main guest areas, but my overall stay could have been better."

"Check-in was a breeze. The Night Audit girl was great and had a lot more energy than most at 2am. She upgraded me to the Club Level which was great. But I annoyed by the fact that the club lounge is closed on the weekends. I did anticipate going in there and grabbing a snack before bed considering we got in so late, but to find out i don’t have access to it on the weekend was quite annoying. Use them being 24/7. The room were renovated from what I seen. I had to use my closet door to hold my bathroom door open. I appreciate the accommodation to an upgrade during a busy event week for them though. I would stay again probably only during the week in the future though."
