"I moved to The Parker right a cross the street from here and I do miss the old community. Here at the new place they towed my new car on a Sunday night going into Monday, which was a shock waking up to go to work the next morning! 400 North and the staff were much more receptive to the concerns of residents. I made a mistake moving, make sure you all take care over there!"

"Where shall we begin? My wife and I have been living here since 2020, or was it 2021? We recently moved out, and let me tell you, we absolutely LOVED living here. We're actually kind of sad about leaving. The apartments are nice; we lived on the 7th floor, so we had an awesome view. The location is fantastic, with a Publix right next door, and it's central to so many cool places. Location, location, location—blah blah blah. It's just far enough away from downtown that it's not crazy, and just close enough to go to the KIA Center for basketball or hockey games. You get it. Now, the real deal here is the facility itself and its staff. THE STAFF! Alright, listen up. If you want a good experience, if you want a friendly and welcoming community that will do whatever for you, treat the staff with respect, treat them with kindness. Pop in every now and then and ask them how they're doing. Christina or (Tina) and Christian (he prefers it if you call him Tin Tin) and Melanie– they're the best, and they're so understanding. The maintenance staff is super responsive and awesome. I'll miss Javi oh so much. He's such a genuine guy and will ask you how your day is going with a guaranteed fist bump, even though he has a million units to go to. We're really going to miss living here, but most of all, we're going to miss the staff. Definitely going to stop by and visit and see how they're doing from time to time when we're in the neighborhood. This is an absolute must move in apartment complex."

"I have been living here almost 6 months. Overall, a great place to live, except for the entry key pads that have not been fixed correctly... My name hasn't been added to the list, so every time my friends visit me or any food delivery, they have to call me, and I have to go out to open the entrance."

"So I moved here in February of this year and I can say that I like it here, the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. I had packages delivered to me before my move in and the staff helped me take them to my new apartment on my very first night. The front office staff here have always shown me respect and have been very helpful. The maintenance staff especially Willie, is extremely polite and very helpful he completed the couple of request that I had with no problems at all, and checked to see if there was anything additional I needed. I love my apartment and really enjoy the quietness of where I am located in the community. I can relax on my balcony and not have to worry about being interrupted by anything or anyone. I enjoy the gym and the pool and the community. Just an FYI remember to treat people like you want to be treated and be respectful of others. If you have an issue or concern address it with the management team and allow them time to resolve it."

"Yeah yeah yeah the apartment complex... LOOKS nice... Sure 12foot ceilings on the first floor is nice yeah yeah yeah. Luxury this and that ok cool yall know the drill, lemme give yall whats actually going on here. First of all, the firealarm in the WHOLE building sounds atleast once every other week it seems like. Some are totally random and some are scheduled but either way, for what you pay being randomly woken up to a FIREALARM is never fun. I hope to god if there ever is an actual emergency that everyone can exit the building safely because its happened to me more times than I can count and at this point I dont even take them seriously anymore. Keyfobs to access the buildings/gates have now been down for 3 days(update its now been 2 weeks)... so the access doors are being held open by cones that sometimes the residents move so if the door is closed you cant enter the building. This is the 2nd time that this has happened, what a headache. Stove and oven arent lined up with the counters so when you open the neighboring drawers it rubs on the paneling and well its starting to come off. The pool is mid for what you are paying for, not even a hot tub? The mail room is alright, air conditioned sure cool whatever, the PACKAGE room on the other hand sucks. You need to apply for an account and receive a code to open a door that leads to a mostly empty room with shelves where delivery people just put your package wherever they want... literally packages on the FLOOR piled ontop of each other. You need to sift through OTHER tenants packages to find yours.. Gym is mid for what you pay for, youd expect it to be nicer and bigger. Everything you get, sinks, bathtubs / bathrooms in general / fridge/ washer and dryer is all just alright.. youd think it would be a bit more current than what is offered. Cortland at mirror lake had the same washer/dryer and also an identical fridge and a 3/2 there was slightly over 2k, here its nearly 3.. lol The parking garage is a joke, if you live on the first floor even though its labeled "guest parking" you still have to pay for parking after 2 cars on the lease. Also before signing the lease we were told we can RESERVE parking spots for 25 dollars a month, ok cool... one of my neighbors has a reserved parking spot on the first floor.. I go into the office to ask about reserving one and I was told that I wasnt allowed to have one because I live on the first floor and the closest available spot was on the 3rd floor. After asking why my neighbor can have one and I cant I was told that they were here when the complex opened and have a special exemption. Sorry I cant predict the future and know when apartment complexes are being built and or have a special exemption but if you break a rule for one, why have a rule in place at all... ? If we are willing to pay I dont understand why you would deny that request... sorry I cant predict when apartment complexes are being built so I can move in day 1... so dumb The internet plan they force you to subscribe to seems nice on paper, but its extremely spotty... Melanie in the front office was SUPER friendly kind and excellent with communication but other than that, this place is way too hyped up. The location is good and thats about it. Some more random thoughts but the doors leading to outside SLAM all the time, so if you leave near one you WILL hear them slam all day because the people that live here dont care. Most of the people that live here seemed rude and up tight, relax it aint that fancy here... Balcony is nice sure. Maintenance team is FAST, that is a huge plus. Day one of moving in our washer wasnt working and the team came out the next day so that was nice. Dogs bark all the time even just by waling by. Parking garabge on the first floor smells like weed pretty often. If you want a equally as nice apartment that also happens to be right next to a Publix, then look into IMT at Maitland Pointe... that is where I will more than likely be moving back to myself."
