"I am a current resident here. When I was looking to move from my house I wasn't sure an apartment would cut it. Soon after meeting Adriana (the leasing specialist/ assistant manager here), seeing the apartment and the amenities I intently changed my mind. The building is beautiful and if you are lucky enough, you get an amazing view of Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, trees, and the amazing water view behind it. The building also puts on great events for the community, the most recent being the dog Halloween costume contest (where my pup won second). They have put on wine Wednesday's and other little contests and events that are wholesome and fun where you get to meet the amazing people that live here. If you are looking to move, there is no better location with a better building than Zoi House. The amazing staff Adriana and now Luz (the new property manager) will help put a smile to your face and change your attitude about one of the worst things to do - moving.
