"This building is perfect if you are hard of hearing or don't mind alarms. The fire alarms go off every few days/weeks, it's always a surprise! The last time The last time is actually right now, when the building fire alarm rang for nearly 30 minutes straight before it was turned off. If there was a real fire emergency nobody in the building would be aware because of the number of false alarms. Last week it was the alarm from the building next door, ringing for over a day. No response from management. In addition to the alarms, the building has numerous enjoyable amenities, including stairways filled with dog feces and urine and hallways that smell like a barn. Water and sewage in the building is sub metered by a third party company, which naturally charges a monthly service fee for their fantastic service that is incredibly timely--rent is due on the first but it takes a few days for management to add the water charges to your account at which point they'll email you so you can waste time not once but TWICE every month paying rent. Absolute joy!"

"I was a little hesitant at first because I couldn’t find any photos of the building online. But I went down to Miami and toured this apartment a few weeks ago and applied for a studio the next day. The building is brand new (which is why I couldn’t find any pictures) with a lot of good amenities (pool, gym, spin studio, lounge) - feels like a hotel. Pricing was really reasonable too. Valeria, who gave us the tour, was extremely helpful and seemed to genuinely care about finding the best unit for me. She’s also been really responsive to questions that I’ve had since touring. I’m looking forward to moving in here in a few weeks!"
