"It's been 3 months since I've moved out of this apartment and they STILL HAVE NOT GIVEN ME BACK MY DEPOSIT. They don't care about you or the money you give them. If you care about keeping your deposit, don't move here. The worst part is after visiting the office for WEEKS, when I recently asked the lady (who works in the back) about my deposit, she responded "That's my bad." In other words, they don't care about you.The only one that is nice enough to care is Carla, but she's front desk and can't do much. The units are very tiny, the elevator always smells bad, and they lie to you about the amenities you can use. My advice to anyone looking to move here... look around first, you'll find places with better prices + a bigger space. That's what we did and we couldn't be happier."

"Terrible experience. The developer didn’t deliver on the amenities/experience promised in the ads and marketing materials. Building locks didn’t work. Had homeless ppl sleeping on the premises. Mail and packages were constantly stolen. Staff were unresponsive and rude toward residents. And the list goes on… Out of all the apartments I’ve lived in (in 4+ cities in the US and abroad), this was by far the worst experience."

"I rarely post reviews, but I felt in my heart to leave my opinion here today. Karla Carlo deserves an award for best employee! She accommodated my every need from the first phone call up until now. Anything I need, she’s always ready to help. My move was very smooth and easy, and I couldn’t thank her enough for making it happen. The building is brand new, very clean, stylish and welcoming. Everyone is nice, the apt size is perfect and I’m very happy."
