"The place is roach infested. Management is beyond negligent. I put in a maintenance request a month ago and it still hasn’t been fulfilled. I come home today to a rent increase notice of $200. Absolutely the f… not !! My apartment flooded 12/18 today is 1/7 and maintenance/ management has yet to rectify the issue. This place is not worth it all all beware. I have a cleaning business so my place is always spotless . There’s no way I should have roaches ."
