"No one cleans this property all around. properly there garbage everywhere Everything seems cheap material. The air system is very poor. And can cause harm .We don't have security and management is never here for anything There is no one to contact for anything and it'dropping in value. Rent is to high and it's becoming more like a college dorm. We had a flood a few month ago and the cleaning and repairs for the damage were basically done by rookies or at least cheap company we still have water damage and yet nothing has been resolved Please ask all the right questions they don't care about fixing and charge your for every single thing regardless the contract I have lots of photos to prove, but am only allowed 5 photos..."

"Building itself is pretty nice. This review is a reflection of the poor service and care provided by the new owners and property management company. 1. Unreasonable rent hikes, forcing many families out on the street. 2. hidden fees and shady practices. 3. Poor maintenance response time, and repair logic aimed at saving a quick buck without addressing roots of problems. 4. Poorly written emails and building updates, seriously seem written by a fifth grader (appear menacing but they are actually hilarious). Doubt the new owners will last in the long term, but after two years my hopes are tainted. Moving out and not looking back."

"I was very happy here until we had our new neighbor upstairs who loves to drop items on the floor and we can't live in peace. Now Columbus management sent us a letter, pretty sure to all 72 tenants that they are no longer the owners/managers of the building after we paid our rent to them. We don't even know if we'll get our deposit back. When confronted about this a month back they said That another company was trying to scam the tenants that was a lie They just straight up cleared the lobby and office and left. Unbelievable"

"This property is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. The management (Janelle and Doris) are very professional and keep this building looking and smelling amazing. The apartments are located in a great area, close to everything. Security is a priority. The only reason I moved out was because I purchased a property, otherwise I would have stayed there longer. It is a very welcoming environment and I am going to miss this place."
