"I've lived at Spring Tree Apartments for 12 years. There are issues sometimes due to the apartments being a bit older but Sally and the maintenance guys always try their best to get things fixed quickly. I have never had any issues with them and they have always been very nice to me and my family. Also, my neighbors are all very nice and the neighborhood is safe with great schools for the kids. To all the negative reviews here, please keep in mind that everyone has a bad day, have personal problems and they also work and report to a boss who has the final word."

"I've been living here for the last five years, and I haven't had a single complaint about the management. For every issue reported, I've received a fast response and solution. A quick example of that is the report I submitted two days ago about my apartment's defective AC unit. In less than 48 hours, I had my old unit replaced by a new one. Also, with the sincere apologies from the management. Big thumbs for Sally and the Maintenance Staff!"

"I have lived in Spring Tree apartments for 8 years now. The apartments are spacious & very central location for shopping centers & schools for all ages. The staff and manager are excellent, if anything is wrong with your unit the manager makes sure it gets fixed immediately. Since management changed recently I have noticed lots of good change in the apartments. You can definitely count on Sally Vega the manager. I highly recommend these apartment for a single person or a family."
