"Overall, our experience with the 5BR, 5.5BA Everglade Townhouse has been fabulous. Units are gorgeous, fully furnished, newly constructed and no issues in first year of living there. Amazing location - walking distance to University of Miami campus! Full kitchen with large island. Two common areas on each level, with TV and pool table included. Laundry in unit. On-site parking is available. Highly recommend for safe, convenient off campus housing!"

"Not worth a penny! False advertising and misleading marketing. Not luxury living at all. This place is a money pit!!! Delays after delays from original move in date, to only move my kid in and have numerous problems with a an unclean apartment (aren’t all apartments clean upon move in) with no blinds, dirty furnace filter, caulk and paint all over the floor, paint covered wall sockets, dirty windows, electrical problems, 2 sewage backups, water in walls, mold, shelves that won’t even hold anything up, to unscrewed cabinets in the wall and that’s not even the half of it!!! Every day one of the residents has an issue. No overnight emergency help, no response for days with help tickets. Not worth the money! Landmark Properties should be ashamed to put these young adults in this situation! Not recommend!!"

"I have submitted multiple reports in the resident portal detailing the unsafe and unfinished conditions in my unit. I have also called, left messages, and been to the leasing office, all to no avail. I also have not been reimbursed for the storage unit I needed to rent for the first month of school that I was forced to stay with a friend. We are also not being compensated in our rent for the dramatic lack of amenities that were promised in every step of the leasing process. I am extremely disappointed with how this property is being managed. It is difficult for me to believe that they’re even conducting business legally."

"My apartment was destroyed and flooding. Will most likely never moving in. Dozens of health issues when sewage was coming out of drain and flooding the whole time. Moved me in and a week later told me I had to move out. Told us there would be new renovated apartments and they were destroyed. When moving into "alternative housing" which is a hotel we had to wait 2 hours waiting for someone from cloisters to come and pay for it. This is because they did not pay for the housing that we needed for the night meaning we had to either pay for it or solve the problem ourselves. DO NOT MOVE HERE"

"They moved kids in way before it was ready. They piled on so much false advertising and ended up making kids stay in a hotel for 5 weeks keeping them in the dark about what was really happening with construction. They never have any idea what they are talking about and completely lied about what was promised. No amenities are ready and won't be for a long time. Kids have been moved into a full on construction zone with so many maintenance and safety hazards. Apartments were not clean or done when kids moved in. No one from staff is ever responsive with emergencies either. Not a safe living environment and the company lies about so much."
