"Wanted to see if my horrible experience was just a fluke but from what i can see… it wasn’t. If there was an option for 0 stars, I would’ve hit that twice. STAY AWAY!!!!! First. They don’t answer the phone, ever. The lady working today December 1st 2021 at 4:40pm apparently did not want to work because she literally picked up the phone to hang up, i literally heard everything, so i started spamming her phone and when she eventually picked up, she was super rude and unprofessional. Second, i was trying to apply because of the super cheap rent compared to anywhere in Miami right now, i tried asking her about the application, i had trouble finding a way to go to the co-Applicant side of things, again, very rudely telling me i had to pay $100 for the application to be completed, but I couldn’t even get to that part…. Third. I left 3 voicemails on Monday asking kindly for a call back, nobody called. I sincerely do not know how they expect to rent apartments if they don’t even want to sell the leases. I find it hard to believe that someone actually enjoys living in a place ran by such toxic administration."
