"I have been living here approximately 4 years now and I have read many of the review the building has had it share of problems but ever since it was sold things are getting better and a large part of it is due to the two young ladies down stair Lissette Rosario and natasha brutus they put in alot of hours in this building and are constantly trying to make it a better place to live I would love to see ownership back them up and allow them to make the changes this building deserves and as for everyone complaining alot of those same ppl are what's wrong with the building and all that negative energy"

The building itself is beautiful and everything looks very well maintained. Could not be more excited for a first apartment experience here."

"Guest parking is horrible. $55 dollar ticket for overstaying 10 minutes. So stupid for Kendall area. Management should be ashamed of itself for letting this continue to happen to its guest."

"When you've rented for years and years and lived in different buildings, you really start to realize what's most important. Motion is successfully executing the basics and beyond. Here are some especially high points: Concierge - dont ever have to worry about guests or food delivery being left hanging. Gym- well equipped, never overly busy, overlooks pool. Pool- haven't seen an overwhelming crowd yet. Including on Saturdays/Sundays. Grills are well maintained. Pool is great size and has cabanas as well as shaded seating areas. Cleanliness- constantly being cleaned. Every day of the week. Early morning Sunday included. The pool, other amenities, parking garage etc. If someone leaves trash on the ground next to a trashcan in the parking garage, it's gone within a couple of hours, 12 hours max. Everything smells good in the building. The elevators have air fresheners that automatically dispense product and they always smell great! Coffee machine availability- many luxury buildings have cutoff times for coffee machine. The machine here is free until 3pm and then $1.50 after which is a great situation IMO. Lavazza with espresso/etc. Dog run- there is a dog run behind the building (not enclosed, but private due to its semi enclosed nature) it is well maintained and cleaned frequently. Always has poop bags etc. DIRECT ACCESS TO/FROM METRO RAIL- this is a huge selling point that isn't that well advertised IMO. It is access controlled so only for a residents of the building and not accessible to outsiders. You literally walk out the back door, and you're essentially at the platform. 15 minutes or so to Brickell. Can't beat it. Responsiveness of staff- I can't say enough great things about the assistant property manager, Natasha. She is extremely responsive and after you move in she's continues to be kind and communicative when you bump into her around the property. Fermin (leasing agent) is a pleasure to deal with as well. Application process- FAST. As long as you can actually afford to live here, the process is straightforward and fast. Natasha emailed us updates every step of the way and within 24 hours of applying, we had a lease in hand. Every time we have called, someone picks up the phone. Guest Parking- I have yet to have an issue with guest parking and I have 3+ guests over during the course of a week. It is expensive. $3/hr up to $12 and max of 24 hours. While it's not ideal, I've lived in three other luxury buildings in the dadeland area and they also charge $2-$3 per hour to park so it's not unheard of. Views- if you get the right unit you can have stellar views of both downtown and Biscayne bay. I am lucky to have a view of both! Access control- they have butterflymx for guests which is a more modern callbox technology with video etc in which you can use your phone to grant access to guests. This also prevents intruders from accessing the building through the garage. Regarding access to your actual apartment, there are key cards provided like a hotel uses AND you can use an app on your phone to access both the elevators, amenities, and your actual apartment. I love the phone app and think it's a big upgrade over key fobs. The actual units are beautiful, and the building is so well maintained it still looks new (4-5 years old-ish) nice finishes, side by side refrigerators with in door ice/water dispensers. Highly recommend living here!"
