"I personally would not recommend this apartment complex to no one. The apartment interior is so out dated, ran down, and poorly maintenance. There are two onsite maintenance workers neither of them speak English and can hardly understand a word you say. Never properly fix anything all they do is patch up work .A/C always stop working .Property manager is very unprofessional. Assist is rude and racist. Parking is terrible. Suppose to be one parking sticker per unit but depending on your race you can get additional. The office assist will call the tow truck to come pick up your car with a parking decal on purpose just to be nasty and say it was parked incorrectly. Your apartment can be located in the front but if your not home by 7pm you will have to park in the back around the corner because there’s three cars at one apartment all with decals. The pool is always close ALWAYS. The laundry rooms are always dirty only one washer working at a time .Cannot call property manager or anybody in the office during office hours they will sit there and listen to the phone ring, they never pick up the phone. Rent is steady increasing but nothing looks better but the outside of these apartments. The pool is green today sadly the pictures are lying. There’s nothing guaranteed over here but your car being towed."

"My sister has been leaving there for a year , they don’t pay attention to hers complaints. The air conditioning in her apartment is licking so bad that the rug is already stained , don’t mention the humidity awful odor inside the apartment . The balcony’s door is mountain backwards, the front door is broken, they laundry area is nasty and my sister has to go to an outside laundry to wash the clothes. Management ignored her request, the maintenance guy has no clue about Maintenances. And they are ready to raise the rent ."

"I have lived here only a few months and already i have seen so much work being done in our community. Buildings pressure washed and painted, the pool being serviced, landscaping, so much! The management team is exceptional and i LOVE the manager. She is always so helpful. Each service request that i have put in has been taken care of quickly by the maintenance team! Very happy resident! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for exceptional service/living on a budget. Also love that the turnpike entrance/exit is so close!"

"It is a shame that I have to write a negative review with all the years I spent here and great service I had there. But at the End of the day, the End result sometimes determines the whole experience of a lifetime! I recently moved out of this apartment complex after almost 6 years. Service-wise, the place is clean, staff very attentive and fast to act whenever an issue arises. I never had any issues with them until recently. When I moved out, my deposit check came out half. That is after, upon leaving the unit, we asked their staff to come and inspect the unit to make sure that we left it to them in the best possible condition. They confirmed that but to my surprise, the check was half of what i was expecting. To make it worse and to prove how shady they are or they are getting, none of my emails, calls have been answered or returned. So, be careful when you leave because you may never get your deposit check back."

"I have lived here for nearly 3 years. The first 2 years were as normal as you'd expect it to be considering the incompetent staff. The last 8 months have progressively gotten worse by the day. Numerous concerns have been reported to the property manager Monica as well as Betty the lady that's in the office on the rare occasion it's actually open. Nothing has been done regarding the safety of the residents. The complex serves as refuge for a number of drug dealers and thugs. Police activity has become somewhat the norm. This past Saturday the 9th of May there was a shooting that the office claims to know nothing of. One of our known local drug dealers was leaving his apartment when four men apparently attempted to rob him guns were drawn and shots were fired. Our friendly neighborhood known drug dealer Brandon shot one man and then ran off to hide in a friends apartment within the community. The man shot was airlifted and his condition is unknown. Police had my building and the surrounding area taped off for a number of hours. Long story but worth reading. Please choose wisely when choosing a new home. Keep in mind that the surrounding properties are all managed by the same property manager."
