Gran Vista at Doral

"I lived at this condominium for 4 years. Everything inside the apartment was in brand new condition. If anything malfunctioned, the maintenance team would repair the issues immediately. The premises were always in impeccable condition. The staff is friendly, professional, detailed oriented and swift to act. I would highly recommend this condominium. It is close to downtown Doral and City Place Doral. The premises is safe and well guarded."

"I have been a visitor at this apartment building for over 3 three years and they check your drivers license and security is professional and safe. The leasing office is unfortunately not as professional or has any sort of human decency. I walked out today to find my car towed with a valid guest parking pass displayed on my wind shield. I have parked in the same guest parking space for over 3 years and today two women from the leasing office treated me horribly. They towed my car to downtown miami from doral with a valid guest pass. The level of moral is questionable as they apparently charged the rules after 3 years to “future resident guest parking” . These women provided no phone call and left me without a car to pickup my son and told me they have to much to do to deal with this. I have never in my life see such a low class leasing office staff. Being able to differentiate these unmarked guest spaces is clearly setup for them to tow cars purposefully. Had I somehow been informed as the Registered guest of this I would have immediately moved my vehicle to where they claim is the other location. The two women working the office proceeded to talk poorly about the tenant I visited referencing her tenant files about past occurrence of someone parked in a tenant space. Let’s be clear I’m not a tentant I was a registered guest in a guest space and they abused their power. These women had no empathy and called the tenant and began to yell and defend themselves by phone. Needless to say this building should clarify what they plan to implement as a change in this so that registered guest are not greeted with such disregard. Based on how they handled this they have a lot to improve I would never recommend them. UPDATE: towing company damaged the undercarriage to my car and scratched my bumper!!"

"I recently moved out of Doral after a three year stay. During that time I leased an apartment at Gran Vista. It was the best all around experience! Cathy and Melissa at the front office treated me like family from day one. They are true professionals and perform their job duties with excellence. The maintenance crew always resolved any issues I had within a day's time and most of the time on the very same day. The cleaning crew kept everything looking brand new. The security personnel patrol the parking lot area 24/7. The building is super quiet and there were no issues with noise during my time there. Wish I didn't have to leave but if I return to Doral one day, I'm going back to Gran Vista!"

"I have been living here for a year, I just renewed my lease. I love the staff they are very friendly and always willing to help. I see some people complaining about the flooding not sure they have been in Miami long enough to know that it floods everywhere here. If you are looking to rent in Doral this is a great option."
