"Nice stay near Miami airport. Lobby was nice w lots of artwork and orchids. Outdoor by the pool area was nice. They offer coffee and tea at the lobby. Room is very nice and has nice bedding. We parked our car for long term parking so it worked out well."
"Very good service. Concierge lounge well furnished, stocked, and staffed. No loud usic at pool which is GREAT! Business center worked perfectly. All good and now my favorite Miami hotel. Shuttle very accommodating. ⁰"
"Over rated for price $320/night. AC was just ok, room felt damp. Told they have 24 hour room service, but rang at 11pm or so and it rang no answer. Had to walk to front desk to order. Kind of a drag after a day of travel. Just a touch run down feeling IMO (banged up floor boards and trim, dirty old room sign). Outside and lobby look great. Shower was good, bed was also good. Short ride from airport."
"We had an excellent stay; from the check in process to the restaurant and bar service. The rooms were clean and the bedding was plush. The front desk ordered us a car service for early the next morning after our flight was cancelled. We have stayed a couple times at the Intercontinental downtown, and this Intercontinental is 10x as nice. Will definitely be looking it up next Miami visit."
"This hotel is so perfect ! It has everything you need for business or vacation. Everything is really clean. The pool was always fully stocked with towels, spotless, and the perfect temperature! Everyone was really friendly — front desk, hospitality, and especially Roberto at the bar! Can’t wait to go back!"
