"The office staff and the maintenance staff including the grounds keeper are all wonderful. They try very hard to accommodate you and are pleasant, friendly and always willing to help."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE. The place has mold which they just paint over. One of the buildings has water seeping through cracks of a wall. They expect you to clean the air ducts. The maintenance is absolutely lazy! If the bar of the gate breaks they literally tape it. The kids play ground is old and moldy. The sand of the volley ball area is cat litter at this point. If you call maintenance at emergency hours they do nothing about it. This place should be reported for so many reasons. The gym is not even a gym at this point. The machines are broken and so old. It’s a health hazard to live here."
"Great, cozy and safe community. We felt at home and had excellent attention from the staff, especially Indra and Ramon. We moved out for a job relocation and will recommend it.!"
