"As a diamond member I experienced the worst stay. Very loud guests in the 5th floor hallway until 2:25am. Called the front desk twice to see if they could do something about the noisy guests No answer at the front desk. Had an early flight to take the shuttle. Was waiting inside by reception and told them I was waiting for the shuttle. Shuttle driver arrived and was gone again within a minute or two. Driver never came in to announce that shuttle was leaving. Reception never told me I needed to stand outside. Overall I would not recommend this location."

"Took forever to get a room, got off a cruise and had to wait over 4 hrs to get in the room , I was at the point where I was like cancel my reservation, and I will go somewhere else, so if you are coming off a cruise. Look elsewhere. Air-conditioning in room didn't work and had to sleep in a room where it wouldn't go lower then 74. Will never come back here. And breakfast is ok."

"Where to begin.... Our 1st room we had to be moved from because when you used the bath it leaked into the main room. 2nd room we had to be moved from because someone started smoking pot and it literally flowed through the entire side of the building. All the rooms have wallpaper falling off and visible Sheetrock. All the baths on the 5th floor where we played musical rooms seemed to have had the baths painted. We also found drops of dried blood on one of the sheets. Also the elevators weren't working. And the pool is not heated even though they said it was."

"We stayed there for two nights. The hotel accommodation was good and there were no problems with reservations. The front desk was friendly and helpful. When asked he offered suggestions for local eateries and directions within a short walk. We used two shuttles. The wait for the airport shuttle was longer than anticipated. The front desk also arranged for a shuttle driver to the ports. She was on time, very friendly, and professional. The rooms were clean, including the sheets. The bathroom was sparkling clean. I especially liked the tub surround that was just like, newly installed. The breakfast attendant was there the whole time and the breakfast area was fully stocked with fresh food and very clean."
