"I can’t begin to explain just how horrible it is living here. I hate to take my time to write something so foul but something needs to be done about this place. Over the weekend my husband‘s car was crashed while parked in front of our house. Somebody obviously must’ve been drinking and driving and crashed into his car to the point that the car cannot be driven. We had to have it towed away and the mechanic is trying to see if there is any hope. We went to the office, and they are taking no initiative to make things better, on the contrary, they said they can’t do anything. When my husband told her about the financial burden, she simply said the insurance would take care of it. There was no sentiment of grief, or any kind of sincere response as to the damages caused upon us. My car was also crashed in about two months ago and fortunately it was just the front light broken but the “manager” Yitsean Lacalle as well responded with “I can’t do anything.” so basically, she said we have to take it. Not to mention all the other negative aspects about living here. The other day we had a rock thrown at our front door,speed driving while kids are playing, bathrooms falling apart. It’s just a horrific place to live in. We can’t wait to get out of it. ( update, still waiting for repairs, the second bathroom has been without a toilet seat for more than two weeks no one has stopped by to fix it.) you pay $3000 to live near a dumpster, this is constantly the scenery when you come into Doral West."

"worst place to rent. Very unsafe, people speed in the community. No parking space they crash your cars, administrations, very useless, and rude. The manager Yitsean Lacalle doesn’t even get out of her office to attend your needs, she’ll scream from her office. These are some of the pictures of the apartment which orders have been put in and they’ll take months to fix and when they do fix them, they don’t do a good job."

"So many one star reviews, what difference one extra one star review will make. After ignoring and trying not to post a review for 4 months, here I am. Property management and maintenance staff are terrible. We were given apartment in not so good condition. It has been 4 months and still there are some reported issues outstanding. I have given them so many chances, email reminders, in person meeting but they are too reluctant to listen. Their only justifications, maintenance was dealing with an emergency or the product is back ordered. Going by other reviews, I now see a pattern. Think twice before moving in. Edit: You can’t be serious about your reply. I already sent so many email to this address, stopped by so many times and still you are asking me to send another email. Be a little considerate."

"On-site professional staff — both administrative & services (ie maintenance) — is outstanding! Very client oriented and attentive! Compliments to all INCLUDING all who appointed them to their current assignments. RPS"

"Worst experience of our life. We never got a chance to see the unit before we moved in (big red flag). Once we moved in there was a cockroach infestation out of a sci-fi movie. Management is terrible and non-responsive. We tried to used their ticket system to fix everything that was damaged in the apartment and they never paid attention to our tickets, never fixed anything correctly. Maintenance guys would should up and give a flaky explanation of why the stuff wasn’t working, with the promise of coming back to fix it but never did (worst maintenance team I’ve dealt with) after a while they just magically closed the tickets and market it as completed. Our air ducts were full of mold (super illegal) which made me and my family sick for months, I lost my voice and my son got pneumonia, wife and daughter also suffered health issues and we still do. If I start detailing everything that was wrong with the unit this message would be way too long. To make matters worse they threatened to charge extra once we moved out because we did not turn in the key by 5pm on the day of our move, when per our contract states that we should be out by the end of the day (11:59pm). Management had the worse attitude once we moved out and call us with threats and a rude attitude after. Trash was not picked up for over two weeks and the trash bins by the office are a health hazard. Very inconsistent trash pick up during the 14 months we sadly lived at this place."
