"My wife and I have lived here for almost 1 yr and our experience has been fantastic. The building isn't new but it is well maintained. As is to be reasonably expected, you will have the occasional issue with something not working or something. The key is management and the staff. The property manager Andrea and maintenance crew, Orlando and Oscar have been Aces! Quite frankly they are the reason I am giving this facility 5 stars. Since the day we've moved in the staff have made us feel welcome. More importantly, Anytime we've had a minor issue, they have remedied it as fast as humanly possible. Always with the best attitudes and genuine willingness to help. "I know this property pretty well since I've known people in the past who have lived here and people who presently live here. The place has all the comforts you can ask for! It's clean, quiet, pleasant and super welcoming. The management team and staff are professional, friendly, and are always taking the time to satisfy any requests. Property manager Andrea, greets you with a warm smile and gives her full attention to service you with any questions or needs. I recently moved in the Villas, I'm excited to begin this new journey living here in the heart South Miami! The Villa/studio is spacious, huge walk in closet, new floors, awesome gas stove, it's just cozy!! Thank you Andrea for making this possible for me!!"

"October will be my second year living in the studio apartment at The Villa and it has been a joy living here. The landscape is tended to every 2 weeks, the management it nice, location is in the heart of South Miami, and the laundry facility is clean throughout the day. The building is secured with a code box and fob key for residents to access. So far so good. Looking forward to another lease renewal."
