"I do not recommend it. Your air conditioning breaks and it takes more than a month to fix it. Terrible conditions, black mold comes out constantly, they don't fix anything and if you call the office, you don't get in touch with the principal. Gender discrimination exists. Because you are a woman, they mistreat you, the manager abuses his position... Think about it before renting here."
"The A/C broken for more than 24 days does not come to fix it, not recommended for single women because the manager is a harasser, racist for those who arrive new to the country. The management office a disaster. Not recommended."
"THIS PLACE IS THE BIGGEST CRAP... I LIVED HERE AND MY A/C BROKE TWO WEEKS FOR THEM TO GET SOME ONE TO COME OUT AND FIX IT... ON TOP OF THAT WHEN THE A/C GUY CAME HE HAD TO ORDER THE PART ANOTHER 3 DAYS.... ON TOP OF THAT THEY STILL MADE ME PAY A WHOLE MONTHS RENT.... AND BETTER YET YOU CAN ONLY CALL THE OFFICE BETWEEN 4 AND FIVE AND THEN THE STUPID PEOPLE THERE DON'T KNOW NOTHING!!!!"
